Maciej Szelewicki to identify new growth opportunities, support global expansion
Warsaw – Polish waste tire pyrolysis company Contec has appointed Maciej Szelewicki as director of strategy.
He will lead the company’s strategic direction, identify new growth opportunities, and build partnerships supporting its global expansion, said Contec in a 5 June statement.
Szelewicki brings over a decade of experience in energy transition and strategic leadership.
He previously worked at McKinsey & Co., advising clients in the oil and gas sector, and at Orlen, Poland’s largest fuel and energy group, where he was responsible for corporate strategy and development initiatives.
“Maciej brings not only a sharp strategic perspective but also a clear understanding of how industry can and must evolve,” said Krzysztof Wroblewski, CEO of Contec. “His leadership will be key to amplifying our impact.”
Szelewicki holds an MBA from the Warsaw School of Technology, a master’s degree in economics, and a bachelor’s degree in finance.
