Phillips Carbon to expand in Russia or China?

Kolkata, India--Phillips Carbon Black Ltd (PCBL) has reportedly appointed two consultants to examine expansion opportunities in China and/or Russia.

The report, on the Indian Sify website said, "A senior company official said that the consultants are currently busy looking at opportunities in these two countries as PCBL believes that production facilities should be located near the consumer's manufacturing unit.
