China to lift import restrictions on rubber, steelcord--report
Beijing--Press reports indicate that the Chinese Commerce Ministry is lifting import restrictions on steel, natural rubber and other raw materials from 11 December.
The move is reportedly part of China's efforts to meet World Trade organisation criteria.
