Trelleborg Group consolidates loans with new €1200 million facility

Trelleborg, Sweden--The Trelleborg Group has raised a new syndicated loan with a counter value of €1200 million (approximately SEK 10 900 million) stretching over a five-year period with possibility to extend a further two years. The financing was significantly oversubscribed and the loan was increased from the original €1100 million to €1200 million.

The new facility will refinance Trelleborg's existing $600 million facility of June 2002 and €540 million facility of October 2003. The facility is

divided into two tranches of €750 million and $600 million. The
