Carlisle sells businesses, reorganises remaining operations

Charlotte, North Carolina -- Carlisle Companies Inc. has said it intends to sell its Systems & Equipment business, which includes thirteen subsidiaries and has reorganised its five remaining operating segments into three segments, each of which report to a Group President, effectively immediately.

The company being divested, Carlisle Systems & Equipment include Carlisle Process Systems and the Walker Group.

Carlisle Process Systems comprises

• CPS Scherping,
• CPS Damrow,
• CPS Evaporation & Drying and
• CPS Service & Spares in the USA, and
• Carlisle Process Systems A/S,
• Carlisle Process Systems B.V.,
• Carlisle Process Systems Ltd. and
• CPS Damrow DK in Europe.

The Walker Group includes

• Walker Equipment Group,
• Walker Transportation and
• CPS Barrier in the USA,
• CPS Extract in Europe and
• Carlisle Shanghai in Asia

The remaining business are reorganised into three groups as follows:
