NR prices approach new record in India
Kottayam, India - Spot RSS4 rubber in Kottayam, India closed at Rs 83.5 / kg on Staurday, close to record highs. In other markets, however, prices were stable, about 5 percent off the record prices recorded in early February. Traders in India were reported as saying that prices are likely to rise strongly during this week as growers deliver low volumes to the market.
