Trelleborg revises 2005 figures following Goodall sale
Trelleborg, Sweden - Trelleborg AB has issued re-stated figures for the 12 months to December 2005 and the three months to March 2006, following the sale of the Goodall Rubber Co. The numbers for Goodall are now reported under discontinued operations. In addition, however, Trelleborg says operations in industrial AVS have been transferred to Trelleborg's Engineered Systems business area way from the Automotive unit.
The change means Trelleborg Automotive sales declined by SEK 555 million (Euro 59.4 million) for the year while profits increased by SEK 19m (Euro 2 million). These figures can be taken as the sales of loss of Trelleborg's industrial AVS activities.
