The sale of Roulunds Rubber A/S and its five group companies to the German company ContiTech AG has been finalised. The sale of the Roulunds Rubber Group has effect from 1 Jan 2006.
ContiTech AG is a division of Continental AG which has more than 81 000 employees.
The Roulunds Rubber Group is a division of the A.P. Møller - Mærsk Group and has approxiimately 1100 employees.
