Goodyear marks millionth steer tyre, 4 years early

Akron, Ohio - Goodyear's Danville, Virginia tyre plant produced its 1 millionth Unisteel G395 LHS medium-truck steer tyre on 18 May.

The company has been making these tyres fo three years, and the product reached the 1-million milestone four years earlier than its predecessor, the G397. The G395 LHS is Goodyear's most successful steer tyre ever, said the company.
