Chemtura Headquarters Certified to RC14001

Middlebury, Connecticut - Chemtura Corp.says its world headquarters facility has been certified to the RC14001 international standard for its integrated Responsible Care and environmental management system.

"For Chemtura, RC14001 creates a unique alignment between our plants and headquarters, as we are truly working together with one internationally recognised management system," Chemtura chairman and chief executive officer Robert Wood said. "RC14001 demonstrates we have systems in place to continuously monitor, report and improve performance in environmental, health, safety and security. It's the common global language of performance excellence in these areas."
