Amtel-Vredestein wins prize for investment in Netherlands
Amsterdam, The Netherlands -Â Amtel-Vredestein NV has won the "Rus Prix Award 2006" in the category "Best investment project in The Netherlands by a Russian Company." The Award ceremony was staged in The Hague on 10 June.
The main aim of The RUS Prix Award is to recognise companies and organisations which best promoted or exemplified the positive development of business and cultural relations between The Netherlands and the Russian Federation.
Accepting the Award on behalf of Amtel-Vredestein was Vredestein Banden BV CEO, Rob Oudshoorn, who said: "We are happy to see a public acknowledgement of our company's success. It is the synergy achieved by the efforts of our Dutch and Russian management which enable us to achieve as one company what we could not accomplish as separate entities."
