Gates changing structure for power transmission business
Denver, Colorado - Gates Corp. will create a new structure for its Worldwide Power Transmission Division, effective 1 Aug., according to Gates' President Richard Bell.
Marco Moran, who most recently served as president of the division in Europe, has been appointed to the role of worldwide president of power transmission and will relocate from Belgium to the company's corporate headquarters in Denver.
John Bohenick, current president of the North American power transmission unit, will relocate to Belgium to step in as president of the firm's European power transmission division, Bell said.
Bell, who has held dual roles as president of Gates and worldwide president of the power transmission division since 2002, will continue in his role as president of the firm, focusing on the corporation´s strategic growth initiatives and developing the organisation.
