Stockholm, Sweden -- Trelleborg AB has completed its acquisition of North American polymer sealing manufacturer Kawneer Rubber and Plastics (KRP), the Swedish firm announced.
Trelleborg said it also finalised its takeover of protective suit business UAB Trella from Lithuanian company Svytis.
KRP, based in Bristol, Indiana, has annual sales of SEK 90 million (€9.8 million) and employs 40 people.
It manufactures polymer sealing products such as extruded profiles for the construction and transportation industries.
