Denka raises chloroprene prices
ERJ staff report (BC)
With effect from 1 November 2013, Denki Kagaku Kogyo K.K.(Denka) is raising its chloroprene rubber prices across all overseas markets by at least US$300 per tonne or €220 per tonne across all overseas markets.
The company cites rising raw material and energy costs which it cannot fully absorb, and aims to secure a secure and stable supply through the price increase.
