Wetche named as CFO at Performance Fibers

Richmond, Virginia - Performance Fibers, Inc. has named Torben Wetche vice president and chief financial officer.

Performance Fibers is a leading global supplier of high-tenacity polyester fibres, engineered fabrics, used in the tyre and rubber industries.

Wetche joins the Richmond-based company from CP Kelco, an international speciality chemicals manufacturer based in Atlanta, Georgia, where he was vice president and CFO. Prior to that, Wetche served as vice president and CFO for Carmeuse North America, a multi-plant lime manufacturer and distributor in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
