ElringKlinger reports strong growth in sales, profits for H1

Dettingen, Germany - The ElringKlinger Group has reported increased sales and earnings in the first six months of 2007. Group sales increased by 15.1 percent to €310 million, from €269 million in the same period last year.

Despite lower vehicle production figures within the European and American markets, the company lited profits by 17.8 percent to €157 million. The fastest growth was recorded in Asia, North America and European markets outside Germany, said the comapny.
