Showa to buy Best Manufacturing
Menlo, Georgia - Tillotson Corp. plans to sell subsidiary Best Manufacturing Co. to Showa Glove of Japan for an undisclosed amount.
The deal, subject to regulatory approval, includes all of Best's glove operations and subsidiaries. Once the transaction is complete, expected in about 45 days, Showa Glove will become a global leader in glove manufacturing and product development, according to the companies.
Best will continue to operate as a stand-alone company and be headquartered in Menlo as a division of Showa Glove. Other terms of the deal were not disclosed.
