Fenner says US conveyor belt market is recovering
Hull, UK -Â Fenner PLC, the global engineer specialising in reinforced polymer technology, said it has closed its books for the year and expects to see reporting results for the year ended 31st August 2007 in line with the top end of its expectations.
The statement continued, "The recovery in the North American Conveyor Belt market has occurred in the second half as expected with healthy demand across all sectors, whilst the
strength of the Asia Pacific businesses has continued."
"The expansion projects in Conveyor Belting and Seals will come on stream during
2008 and are expected to boost the results for the 2008/9 financial year."
The Group expects to announce its preliminary results on Wednesday, 7 November
2007.
