Dow increases prices of cable compounds and Nordel-brand EPDM
Horgen, Switzerland - Dow Europe GmbH has announced price increases across Europe, India, Middle East and Africa.
Effective 1 Oct. 2007, or as contract terms allow, Dow will increase prices by €50 per metric ton for selected grades of Nordel IP and Nordel MG hydrocarbon rubbers. Noedel is the former DuPont trade name for EP(D)M materials sold by Dow Chemical.
Also effective from 1 Oct. 2007, or as contract terms allow, Dow said it will increase prices by the same €50 per metric ton for all grades of wire and cable compounds.
