Lanxess increases prices for CR rubber grades as of today
Leverkusen, Germany -- From 1 October Lanxess's Technical Rubber Products business unit has increased its worldwide prices for chloroprene rubber (CR) by an average of €0.30 per kg.
The company said in its 28 Sept statement that the price increase for the rubber, which is marketed under the name Baypren, is due down to high-energy costs.
