Marangoni completes € 5 million investment in cold retreading innovation

Rovereto, Italy -- The Marangoni Group Retreading Systems division has invested 5 million euro into boosting its operations in the truck tyre cold retreading segment. This division currently accounts for 36% of the Group's entire turnover.

The company is implementing a system that will optimise the production process at the Marangoni Tread facilities in Ferentino (Frosinone), introducing s high level of automation.

Marangoni said, "By completely renewing the production chain at the Ferentino plant and making it into a continuous integrated cycle, Marangoni Tread will ensure that the retreads produced with RingTread rings can compete on the same level as new tyres in terms of performance, and beat them as regards economic efficiency, energy savings and environmental protection."
