ERJ staff report (TP)
Cheshire, UK − Giti Tire has moved its UK headquarters to new 3,000 sq-ft (278 sq-metre) offices in Northwich, Cheshire as the company prepares for further British and pan-European expansion, reported Materials Handling World Magazine.
The new facility will house the passenger car, SUV and light truck (PCR) and commercial truck and bus (TBR) operations across the three main mid-market brands, GT Radial, Primewell and Runway.
Richard Lyons, Managing Director Europe, said: "The company started sales and retail operations in the UK in 2009, since then we have launched successful operations throughout Europe and achieved substantial market penetration in the PCR and TBR segments.
"To outgrow our existing facilities in just four years is testament to both the quality of products on offer and the exceptional team that we have built to deliver first-class customer service. This move allows space for yet further growth, and we are aiming high."
Giti is headquartered in Singapore and according to their website “delivers to over 100 countries worldwide and is ranked 9th globally in terms of sales revenue.”
