Judge releases MarconiGomma facilities - press reports
ERJ staff report (DS)
Bologna, Italy -- According to local press reports, an Italian judge has released all remaining restrictions on the MarconiGomma company. A mixer exploded in November, killing Fabio Costanzi, technical director of the company and Iadav Ramjaz, an Indian worker.
The Judges said there is no more reason to restrict access to the Buzuluk mixer which exploded, so the company is now free to access the mixer and its surrounding area.
