Stockholm, Sweden - Trelleborg AB has guaranteed a rights issue of SEK 2200 million (Euro 210 million), the company announced 26 May.
The Trelleborg shareholders have preferential rights to subscribe for two new shares of series A and series B, respectively, for every existing share of series A and series B held, Trelleborg said.
The subscription price is SEK 12 per share, running from 30 April to 19 May.
