Hong Kong -- Shougang Concord Century Holdings Limited said it opened a new line in August for production of steelcord at its subsidiary, Tengzhou Eastern Steel Cord Co., Ltd.
The company said the new plant will have capacity for 20 000 tonnes by the end of 2009, rising to 50 000 by the end of 2010.
