Vystar to raise $750 000

Duluth, Georgia - Vystar Corp., which makes a de-proteinised latex for use in the manufacture of low-allergy products, aims to raise $750 000.

The company has filed documents with the US Stock Exchange Commission which indicate that the company has so far raised around $136 000 out of a projected $750 000.

The company did not say how it intends to use the new money.
