UK county to use recycled rubber in speed humps

Leicester, UK -- A UK County Council is to roll out traffic-calming systems based on recycled rubber. Leicestershire County Council said the new speed bumps use recycled tyres in place of concrete.
The new design saves money; reduces noise and cuts overall energy needs.
