Akron, Ohio -- David Kantor has joined The Smithers Group as chief financial officer, responsible for leading the group's finance organisation and providing an additional level of support for all TSG member companies worldwide.
Kantor began his career with PPG Industries Inc. in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Most recently, he was vice president and corporate controller at PolyOne Corp. in Avon Lake, Ohio. He is based at Smithers' headquarters in Akron.
