Top Glove, Tillotson settle claims, counter-claims

Kuala Lumpur -- Top Glove Corp. has issued a statement to the Bursa Malaysia saying that it has settled all claims and counter-claims with US glove maker, Tillotson Healthcare Corp. The settlement covers all subsidiaries and associated companies.

Each side will bear its own costs. A similar proposal will be proposed to a court in Georgia, United States

The settlement refers to legal action initiated by Tillotson over patent infringement claims in connection with nitrile gloves.
