Wolverhampton, UK -- Goodyear Dunlop has achieved certification to OHSAS (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series) 18001 - one of the key Health and Safety Management Systems in the industry.
This certification has been granted across both of the Goodyear Dunlop manufacturing sites in the Midlands which are based in Bushbury in Wolverhampton and Birmingham near Fort Dunlop.
John Frazer, OHSAS 18001 coordinator for Goodyear Dunlop said: “Gaining the certification has been a real team effort. Health and Safety is everyone's responsibility and for the auditing company BSI to award us OHSAS 18001 is testament to the outstanding commitment of our employees on both sites. The support from the manufacturing team, as a whole, has been nothing short of magnificent from all areas of the business.â€
