ERJ staff report (TP)
Gothenburg, Sweden – Automotive supplier SKF Group announced it has been listed as “one of the world’s most sustainable companies” by the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index for the 15th year in a row.
SKF said it works to improve economic, environmental and social performance over the full value chain. An example it provides is the Group's climate strategy, which includes suppliers, SKF operations, transportation, distribution and customer solutions. This strategy and approach has been recognised by WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature) through the nomination of SKF as a WWF Climate Saver.
The Dow Jones Sustainability Indexes were launched in 1999 and are longest-running and most prestigious global sustainability benchmarks worldwide. In addition, SKF is also a member of the FTSE4Good Index.
