Mumbai, India -- JK Tyre & Industries Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that IDBI Bank Ltd (IDBI Bank) has nominated Shri Ashok U. Katra, General Manager, Large Corporate Group , IDBI Bank Ltd. on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 01 November, 2010 in place of Dr. T K Mukhopadhyay.
Accordingly, Dr. T K Mukhopadhyay has ceased to be a Director of the Company and in his place, Shri. Ashok U Katra has become a Director of the Company.
