Singapore - The International Rubber Study Group (IRSG) has published the October - December 2010 issue of the Rubber Statistical Bulletin (RSB)
IRSG said, “these publications are for the use of Member Governments, Panel of Associates' Members and Subscribers only.â€
IRSG also said it is raising its fees for each country member to Sing $4000 (euro 2300) per year.
