Helsinki -- Today is the first deadline for registration under REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of CHemicals) legislation. Companies have to register by 30 November 2010 the chemicals that are most widely used or most hazardous.
Tomorrow, The European Chemicals Agency -- which administers REACH -- will announce statistics concerning the results of the first REACH Registration deadline.
