Trelleborg sets up development centre in India

Stockholm, Sweden - Trelleborg's Engineered Systems unit is to establish a new operation in Bangalore, India.
The new operation will comprise development, manufacturing and sales, aimed at customers in telecom infrastructure sector and industrial antivibration.. The operations will be able to commence in the third quarter of 2011 and will initially employ about 70 people.
Lennart Johansson, Business Area President of Trelleborg Engineered Systems said, "With this new operation, we are also establishing a platform for further growth in other sections of the business area."
