Mumbai, India -- JK Tyre & Industries Ltd said Shri G. B. Pande has resigned from the directorship of the Company in a letter dated January 05, 2011.
Pande represents the Life Insurance Corporation of India on the Board , and his resignation comes following his appointment as Insurance Ombudsman for Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
