Akron, Ohio -- Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company has filed suit against Continental Tire the Americas, LLC in an attempt to prevent Conti from recruiting David Young, a former Goodyear truck tyre production manager.
Goodyear is seeking injunctions which would prevent Conti from using any knowledge or experience gained by Young during his time at Goodyear and is seeking damages from Conti in connection with alleged violations of the Ohio Uniform Trade Secrets act.
The case is filed in the Ohio Northern District Court as case No. 5:2011cv01232.
