GiTi wins fleet contracts in China

Beijing -- Giti Tyre has won two contracts to supply a range of tyres to large fleets in China.
One is a contract to supply tyres to China's National Petroleum Corporation. The contract covers the whole range of vehicle from Truck and Bus, Passenger car and Bias.
The other is a contract to supply over 500 buses in te city of Nanjing. Nanjinmg city authorities said they found the price per kilometer performance of Giti's GT867 product to be excellent during a 12 months trial and decided to install GT867 to all their fleet.
CNPC is the largest energy enterprise group in China, covering extensive business and operating many subsidiaries. The group demands hundreds of thousands of tyres every year, with purchase amount up to several hundred million Yuan.
Giti regards the contracts as a significant step forward for its China-based fleet service operation as the contracts were won against stiff competition from oter manufacturers.
