On Tokyo's Tocom Exchange, prices for the six-month contract were stable overnight, trading at yen 360 ($4.46) per kg on Friday 24 June. Shorter-dated prices moved up, trading at around yen 378.
In Singapore, SGX said September RSS3 was around $0.01 higher than Thursday's prices at around $4.66, with contracts for December 2011 trading at around $4.60. Short-dated TSR 20 was trading up by about $0.04 at $4.40.
In India, the NMCE saw July deliveries rise by Rs 2 to around Rs214 ($4.75) per kilo
In China, the Shanghai Futures Exchange also saw prices rise by a fraction of a yuan, with July deliveries trading at around Yuan 34.0 ($5.25) per kilo
