London -- On Tokyo's Tocom Exchange, prices for the six-month contract fell by around yen 10 overnight, trading at yen 352 ($4.60) per kg on Friday 19 August. Shorter-dated prices also eased , to close at yen 348.

In Singapore, SGX saw RSS3 prices fall, with deliveries in February 2012 priced at $4.59. Short-dated contracts also fell, to trade around $4.58. TSR20 prices for November delivery were trading around $4.50, down by $0.05 on Thursday's prices.

In India, the NMCE saw September deliveries fall further below Rs 200 at around Rs 199 ($4.32) per kilo

In China, the Shanghai Futures Exchange saw prices ease by a fraction of a yuan, with September deliveries trading at around Yuan 33.4 ($5.22) per kilo
