Goodyear wins IT award in Singapore

Singapore -- Goodyear Singapore Tyres has won the award for best bottom-line IT project in Singapore's 2011 IT Excellence Awards sponsored by MIS magazine.

MIS said the bottom-line award recognises IT teams that have used consolidation or shared services to help their organisation cut operating costs and that have raised profit margins through dynamic pricing techniques, creative merchandise displays, mining customer data or streamlining supply chains.
