Rubber prices on 30 August

London -- On Tokyo's Tocom Exchange, prices for the six-month contract jumped by about yen14 overnight, trading at around yen 375 ($4.88) per kg on Tuesday 30 August. Shorter-dated prices were also shrply up, at yen 362.

In Singapore, SGX saw little trading in RSS3 or. TSR20.

In India, the NMCE saw September deliveries rise by Rs4 on yesterday's prices, to around Rs 213 ($4.62) per kilo.

In China, the Shanghai Futures Exchange also saw prices rise by a faction of a yuan, with September deliveries trading at around Yuan 33.5 ($5.25) per kilo
