Rubber prices on 08 Sept

London -- On Tokyo's Tocom Exchange, prices for the six-month contract increased by 1 yen overnight, closed at yen 368 ($4.76) per kg on Thursday 8 Sept. Shorter-dated prices closed at yen 355.

In Singapore, SGX said prices for RSS3 for delivery in April 2012 were unchanged at $4.83, while short-dated contracts closed at $4.70. TSR20 for delivery in January 2012 closed at $4.65, the same as Wednesday.

In India, the NMCE said prices were up slightly from yesterday's prices, with September deliveries priced at Rs 218 ($4.72).

In China, the Shanghai Futures Exchange also saw prices ease by a fraction of a yuan, with September deliveries trading at around Yuan 33.4 ($5.23) per kilo
