NR prices recover slightly overnight

London - Rubber prices resumed their downward trend on Wednesday. On Tokyo's Tocom Exchange, prices for the six-month contract was trading up 3 yen at yen 243 ($3.05) on Wednesday 13 June. Shorter-dated prices were also affected by the positive sentiment, trading up 3 at yen 249 on Wednesday. evening.
In Singapore, the TSR20 contract on SGX was trading up a cent at $2.88 for December deliveries on Wednesday; July prices were slightly stronger, trading up 3 cents at $2.85.
In India, NMCE said June prices were up by less than a rupee at Rs 184 ($3.). July prices also rose slightly to close at Rs 186.
In China the Shanghai Futures Exchange contract for June closed unchanged at Yuan 22.9 ($3.59) per kilo on Wednesday. July prices were also stable, at yuan 22.7.
