NR prices remain static overnight

London - Rubber prices were little changed overnight. On Tokyo's Tocom Exchange, prices for the six-month contract crept up by a yen to close at yen 246 ($3.10) on Thursday 12 July. Shorter-dated prices fell by the same amount to close at yen 239 on Thursday evening.

In Singapore, the January TSR20 contract on SGX was trading unchanged at $2.91; August prices were marginally higher, trading around $2.89 in evening trading.

In India, NMCE said July prices were unchanged to close at Rs 185 ($3.32). August prices also closed unchanged at just under Rs 185.

In China the Shanghai Futures Exchange contract for July closed unchange at Yuan 24.1 ($3.78) per kilo on Thursday. August prices were marginally higher at yuan 24.1.
