ContiTech to highlight sustainable drive belts at Hannover

Hannover – At the Hannover Messe (12-18 April) the power transmission group of ContiTech AG will focus on on new “eco-friendly” and heavy-duty drive belts for applications in machinery, plant engineering and two-wheeled vehicles.
A polyurethane timing belt with carbon cord as the tensile member will be shown for the first time. Reliable force transmission is combined with high resistance to wear and abrasion, says the company.
ContiTech’s drive belts for two-wheelers cover a full gamut, from motorcycles and scooters to electrically assisted bicycles.
Stand B23 in hall 25 will be devoted to drivetrain technology, and stand F18 in hall 6 will show innovations in rubber and plastic.
