Continental's tire communications head passes away

Hanover, Germany – Head of communications and public relations for passenger car and light truck tires at Continental AG’s tire division, Alexander Bahlmann, has passed away, the German technology company announced 22 Aug.

Speaking to ERJ, a Conti spokesman confirmed that Bahlmann passed away due to heart attack on Friday 18 Aug.

“We are very shocked, and our thoughts are with his family,” said Nikolai Setzer, head of Continental’s Tire division, in a statement published in German.
