Munich, Germany – The chairman of Pyrolyx AG‘s supervisory board, Thorsten Gohlke, will step down for “personal reasons” at the company’s next annual general meeting, according to a 7 Dec company press release in German.
No date has been given for the next AGM but the company’s 2016 AGM was held in August.
