Hexpol chairman to step down next year
Malmo, Sweden – Hexpol AB chairman Melker Schörling is to step down from his position in 2017, the company announced 24 Oct.
Schörling will formally resign as chairman on 28 April, according to a 24 Oct statement from the Swedish rubber compounds group.
He will, though, continue as support and advisor to the company's management and board.
Hexpol nomination committee will come back with proposal of new chairman “in the next couple of months”, the statement added.
