Chinese machinery maker to build new plant
Qingdao, China – Jiangxing Taida Mechanical is to break ground on a new plant with 1,000 unit annual capacity for segmented mould, pending regulatory approval.
The machinery maker licenses technology from overseas companies and will be manufacturing high-precision segmented moulds used for passenger car tires, according to the its environmental impact report.
The project covers 30,000 square metres with a 17,000 square metre total floor area. It is scheduled to be completed in two years with 103.5 million yuan (€13.8 million) investment earmarked.
Based, in Qingdao, Shandong, Jiangxing Taida was set up in 2014 with €134,000 registered capital. The new plant is expected to employ 100 staff when in operation.
